Abstract
This presentation and paper addresses some of the current and emerging challenges that are undermining public trust and confidence in the public sector and democracy, with a very real impact on social cohesion, democratic norms, and general well being. Pia will discuss the foundations of trust including trustworthy practices, infrastructure, governance, and public participation, and will present a modern framework for trustworthy AI/ADM, that is fit for purpose in the digital age and extends to trustworthy systems more broadly.
